PEDRO RODRIGUES
Pedro Rodrigues is Of Counsel to Intelink Law Group, and a partner of the firm’s Portuguese affiliate TOL.
His practice focuses mainly in the areas of public, tax and corporate law, and he has extensive experience in M&A operations.
Pedro has held various public positions over the last 24 years, namely as Member of Parliament, Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister and Regional Development Minister, as well as Chief of Staff to the Secretary General of the Portuguese Republic's Information System and Deputy to the Secretary of State of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with responsibilities for coordinating the Government's legislative procedure.
He was also a Monitor of Public Finance and Tax Law at the University of Lisbon Law School and is currently a PhD candidate in Law at Nova University Law School.
Mr. Rodrigues previously worked with the law firm Caetano de Freitas & Associados and with Uria Menendez.
