Intelink Law Joins Shanghai Jinmao Law Firm for Conference on International and Domestic IP Protection for Chinese Innovative Enterprises

On September 20, 2019, Intelink partners Brad Bertoglio and Wei Zhang joined the JInmao Law Firm to present a conference in Shanghai on International and Domestic Intellectual Property Mechanisms for Chinese Innovative Enterprises.

The conference was chaired by Jinmao partner Guo Jun. Mr. Bertoglio presented on Global Strategy for IP Litigation and ITC Proceedings. Mr. Zhang discussed IP Considerations in Cross-Border Joint Ventures. Intelink affiliate Hanlun Liu advised concerning corporate strategies for responding and defending against patent assertions. Jinmao attorneys Wang Cuiping and Xie Ruiqiang presented on strategic patent claim preparation and the importance of patent due diligence in the process of international trade.
